About the third night in my new home, I was
feeling a little lonely, so decided to check out a chat room.
I was disgusted with some of the names of
the men in there...until I came across one that actually sounded nice.
So after checking his profile, and finding out he was only 2 yrs.
younger than me, I PM'd him to see if he felt like chatting with me. We
began talking, asking questions about each other, and laughing at all
the perves who hang out in the chat rooms looking for sex. We found out
that we only lived 455 miles away from each other. He's in Nebraska, and
I'm in Minnesota. We added each other to our friend list on Yahoo
Messenger, then logged off.

About 3 nights later, we saw each other
online, so began chatting again. It turns out that he had JUST hooked up
his new computer the night that we met, and had been looking for a
friend to talk to, just as I had. Our chatting continued for about a
month, and in that time I had sent him a little candle, and we exchanged
some cutsy cards thru the mail...both saying that we were so happy to
have met, and that we surely would always be friends. Then, one night,
he asked me for my phone number...he wasn't very good at typing, and
wanted to hear my voice. So, a little reluctantly, I gave him my number,
and logged off. Ten minutes later, he called me. He had the most gentle,
soft, sexy voice I have ever heard on a man.
We talked for an hour, and decided that we
kind of liked each other, but decided to remain just friends and see
where it took us. This was 2 1/2 months ago, and since that first phone
call, we have talked every single night. One night, we were talking on
the phone, and I told him that I thought I might be feeling a little bit
more than friendship towards him, and he told me that he was feeling the
same way, but was a little skeptical about the way we had met, and what
our friends kept saying about internet romance.
I'll let you know how the rest of my story goes, but right now I'm very
happy.
